our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information

administer our Web site.

International Council of Online Professionals (powerdynamtics) is the sole
owner of the information collected on powerdynamtics. powerdynamtics
collects information from our users at several different points on our Web
site, i.e. for membership registration, paid subscription publications and
products or services.

Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties We will never sell or give
away your personal information to third parties for purposes of building
contact lists, or anything of that nature, without your permission.
powerdynamtics stands firmly against any transfer of personal information
for reasons of building the contact lists of third parties.

participates in the sale of the personal information of visitors or
customers, to build the contact lists of third parties, will be removed
immediately, and without recourse, from any business relationship
previously held with.
Business Transition Exception In the event the International Council of
Online Professionals (powerdynamtics) goes through a business transition,
such as a merger, or being acquired by another company, users’ personal
information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.

may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we
have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a

Governing Law

associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution
through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration
at the following location: Rapides County, Louisiana, under the rules of
the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by
the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
powerdynamtics.com is controlled, operated and administered entirely
within Louisiana. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not
intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or
on behalf of any party.
